Knowledge and capability are essential, but people also experience our work through communication, confidence, behaviour and presentation.

Style becomes meaningful when it supports the person rather than becoming the centre of attention. The goal is not to dress like somebody else. It is to understand what feels appropriate, intentional and authentic for you.

Presence is communication

The way we enter a room, listen, speak and present ourselves sends information before a formal conversation has even begun.

For me, taste and business are therefore not completely separate subjects. Both involve understanding context, making choices and knowing what to emphasise — and what to leave out.

Presence works best when confidence and substance are visible together.
